In addition to constantly checking the technical condition of your property, we draw up a multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP) as a basis for property management. So you know exactly where you stand.
Prompt handling of notifications
Outages, maintenance requests and complaints can be submitted to our digital service desk. In case of emergencies, tenants can call our 24-hour alarm line 24/7. Messages are automatically and immediately forwarded to the property managers on duty. They handle the reports as quickly and efficiently as possible.
