Monitoring and measuring

Monitoring installation performance; comfort, sustainability and energy consumption

To measure is to know!

We monitor buildings - including after completion - in terms of health, comfort, sustainability and energy performance. In this way we check whether the performance requirements set are actually being met.

There are many innovations in the field of measurement and control technology where, for example, workstations can be automatically configured remotely. This reduces costs and responds to the wishes of the new way of working.

Sick building syndrome (SBS)

We also advise and supervise the implementation of measures to improve the indoor climate in buildings. Red eyes, dry air, drowsiness are common complaints in offices and schools. A good indoor climate is very important for the well-being of the users in a building. Too high CO2 levels or low humidity negatively affect the comfort of the working environment.

We perform indoor climate analyses using smart sensors in which humidity, CO2 levels, particulate matter, noise, light and temperature are measured by sensors over long periods of time. An improvement recommendation is then drawn up based on the measurement results.
