The Sustainable Multi-Year Maintenance Plan (DMJOP) includes both technical maintenance and energy-saving measures, based on a financial business case and an energy scan. Inspectors also use the standard to record the effects of defects in relation to the risks in delaying repair of the observed defects.

RVB-BOEI

The RVB-BOEI is a universal inspection standard that builds on the NEN 2767 condition measurement. An RVB-BOEI inspection integrates all Building Inspections into one system.

The RVB BOEI enables an integral, efficient and effective consideration of the sub-aspects of Fire Safety, Maintenance, Energy and Insight into compliance with laws and regulations. By performing a BOEI inspection, the owner of an object is enabled to control the life cycle process according to cost, life span and quality.
