Healthy installations

By healthy installations, we mean installations that are correctly adjusted and properly maintained. In this way, installations can perform as efficiently as possible. Moreover, their expected lifespan is significantly longer. This quickly saves on maintenance and energy costs in the long run.

Sustainability

Sustainable building installations are those that use renewable energy sources and aim to save energy and improve comfort.

Future-proof building

Future-proof building requires at least energy-neutral buildings and, in the future, energy-positive buildings to achieve the intended climate goals in 2050.

Paris Proof

The Paris Proof ambition of the DGBC's Sustainable Renovation Delta Plan means that the energy consumption of the built environment must be reduced by two-thirds from the current average as early as 2040.
