Renewable energy, also called renewable or green energy, is energy derived from natural sources that are constantly replenished. This is energy from wind, hydro, solar, soil, outdoor heat and biomass.

Energy Transition
Sustainable techniques (including cleantech or eco-technology) allow renewable energy sources to be used as energy supplies for our buildings. These techniques have now proven to be very reliable and energy efficient. Think of heat pumps, solar collectors, solar panels (BIPV and PV panels) and energy storage of both heat and electricity.
We provide expert advice on sustainable and smart energy concepts such as the construction and operation of circular energy networks. Part of this is energy/heat exchange by making useful use of residual heat from industrial or business processes or recovering residual heat from, for example, shower water via a heat exchanger. This residual heat can be used to heat tap water or buildings whether or not via a heat and cold storage system. The starting point is always to use the energy left over in one place in another. Only when the heat is not available is the heat generated.
