A comfortable and healthy work environment ensures the best performance and less employee absenteeism. With the business accommodation advice of our consultants, you are assured of the perfect workplace.
We organize the entire further (change) process for you: from technical matters and the (sketch) design to the commissioning of the office/ business space. Based on your strategic goals and the sustainable program of requirements (technical/functional/sustainable), we determine the housing needs. How much space do you need and which housing concept (including sustainability, health, hybrid or agile working) best suits your needs.
The energy performance (energy label) and energy management of a building are assessed by our sustainability consultants. Subsequently, we determine the necessary sustainability measures (e.g. building-physical and installation-technical adjustments) to achieve the desired comfort and sustainability level.
Our consultants provide a technical description and multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP) for the building-related structural and installation components.
This forms the basis of the housing plan for your organization.

Process and project management
In process and project management, we monitor quality, budget, schedule and risk management, among other things. Our consultants and project managers have a hands-on approach. In consultation with you, we put together a project team of, for example, real estate agent, architect, installation consultant, sustainability consultant, interior designer, landscape architect, interior decorator and/or workplace specialists.
New office/commercial space
We guide you in the targeted search for a suitable business space or location. Before a search for rent or sale is launched in the market - whether or not through one or more brokers - we draw up a clear program of requirements (technical/functional/sustainable) that a new business space or location must meet.
After thorough market research and an initial selection of possible interesting locations, we make a feasibility analysis together with the project team based on the available options. After selecting one or more suitable locations, we conduct the negotiations together with you, your broker and other involved advisors.
