The Organization
Our team consists of highly experienced and committed real estate consultants and engineers. Professionals with extensive knowledge and years of experience. Our experts are flexible and versatile. We advise clients regarding the entire value chain on strategic, tactical and operational levels.
We offer services in the following disciplines:
- Real estate consulting (including sustainable investments, green buildings, smart buildings);
- Due diligence (commercial, technical, legal);
- Project management (including new construction, renovations, (re)development);
- Asset & property management (including commercial, administrative, technical & sustainable);
- Duurzaamheid (EP-maatwerkadviezen, zonne-energie, BREEAM, GPR Gebouw);
- Installation consulting (from design to realization and troubleshooting to maintenance).
Our strength lies in our ability to switch quickly and the close cooperation within our multidisciplinary and decisive team. Each brings their own expertise to complicated issues. Always looking for the best solution to every challenge from their expertise.

We constantly invest in the development of our company and employees. The organization consists of a team of about 22 employees. The experts are eager to share their knowledge with you. Innovations and smart tools are embraced in order to constantly develop the services and keep them at the highest level.
We work sustainably, which is why we also provide sustainable mobility within the organization. For example, we have a sustainable vehicle fleet and employees have the option of receiving a company (electric) bicycle.
For a good work-life balance, all employees receive a sports budget. This actively encourages physical exercise, even during office hours. We offer our employees the opportunity to work flexibly or from home within the rules of the game.
We think it is important for fun and good conversation with colleagues to have lunch together. Every week, alternating between Thursday and Friday, there is also a pleasant company drink.
We regularly organize team meetings focused on strategy, knowledge sharing, training and team building. We also organize various company outings and events for relations and the team every year.
