Property Management
Amstelius is engaged in (technical) real estate and construction management (including renovations / (re) development) of commercial real estate. It concerns an entry-level position in which you will work in a team with our senior advisors and real estate managers to relieve clients in technical real estate management and project management.
Work
- Responsible for technical property management including corrective, preventive and planned maintenance;
- Assist with large and small (construction) projects. You will be involved in projects from the design phase and will be co-responsible for planning, budgets and quality of contracted parties;
- You will coordinate the execution phase where good knowledge of contracts and good management of agreements made is a requirement;
- Prepare and supervise tenders for the various projects;
- Requesting and reviewing (maintenance) quotes;
- Maintain technical records;
- Organize (tenant) meetings and responsible for reporting.
Jr. technical property manager
Job Requirements
- HBO working and thinking level, preferably architectural education;
- Relevant work experience, preferably with a developer, project management organization, contractor or property management organization;
- Knowledge of or at least affinity for property management, development, sustainability and due diligence;
- Being able to move quickly in a dynamic environment is a requirement;
- Stress-resistant, inquisitive and proactive team player;
- Independent worker, service-oriented and a flexible no-nonsense attitude;
- Good command of the Dutch and English language both orally and in writing;
- Good command of MS Office and digital systems. Ability to work with Informant and O-Prognosis is a plus;
- A positive, energetic attitude and sense of humor;
- Living in Amsterdam or surrounding area;
- You are in possession of a (car) driving license B;
- Full-time availability.
