Contact directlyChange= Amsterdam Nieuw-West is an apartment building with 500 housing units for working young people. It was built in 2016. The design is by OZ Architects. Project financing came from ABN AMRO.
Change= Amsterdam Nieuw-West is located in the district of Amsterdam Nieuw-West. The complex is located just outside the Amsterdam ring road, within walking distance of subway station Postjesweg. The beautiful Rembrandtpark is a 2-minute walk away. An adjacent neighborhood shopping center is ideal for doing daily groceries. The cozy courtyard garden and spacious atrium are the central area around which the studios are located. The studios are almost 28 m2 in size and have their own kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
Change= is developing housing according to the community concept of "Living, working, learning, living, caring and safety" for working young people ages 18 to 36. In addition to housing, the building has a beautiful courtyard garden and many central amenities and an underlying storage/parking garage.
The homes and all commercial spaces were completed in the first quarter of 2017. All residential units have been leased.
Amstelius carried out the management and delivery on behalf of client Change= during the realization of the residential complex.
In addition, Amstelius did the periodic quality and progress inspections on behalf of the financier ABN-AMRO during the execution phase for the release of construction installments. These were periodically reported directly to the financier and construction management.
