The Koningshaven office building is located in the Vijfsluizen business park. As a location, this is part of Offshore Valley, an area where many maritime companies and suppliers for the offshore industry are located.
The office building was completely renovated in recent years and includes approximately 6,200 sq. ft. of office space.
It is fully leased to tenants KH Engineering and RH Marine.
Amstelius Green Building Group
Amstelius conducted technical due diligence when it purchased the complex in 2016. In addition, we provided installation advice and technical advice to improve the quality of the maintenance condition of the complex. We coordinated and supervised these projects on behalf of the building owner.
For the building owner, Amstelius prepared a complete sustainability advice for improving the energy label.
After a complete roof renovation to make the Koningshaven office building more sustainable, the entire solar energy system was installed with 265 solar panels. Also installed were 2 charging stations with 4 connections.
The building has now obtained an energy label A.
Amstelius, together with Parc Makelaars, has been running the asset manager for this leading office building since mid-2016. In addition, Amstelius is responsible for all property management.
Solar roof Koningshaven
An investment in sustainable solar energy and a livable future!
The Koningshaven solar roof is of high quality and consists of 100,700 Wp and Autarco inverters. The roof is mounted with Solarfix roof anchors from Eyecatcher. The expected annual solar energy generation in year 1 totals about 94,625 kWh. Solar power generation is reinsured through Lloyds London.
For the construction of this solar roof, SDE+ subsidy was obtained from Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO).
The solar system is owned by Dutch Renewergy SUN5 B.V. (SUN5) part of Coöperatief Dutch Renewergy U.A. The solar roof will be managed and operated on an ESCo basis for 16 years.
Cooperative Dutch Renewergy (part of Amstelius Green Building Group) develops, finances, realizes and operates solar roofs on real estate complexes throughout the Netherlands.
