La Defense Offices

Amstelius performed technical due diligence on behalf of the client during the purchase transaction for the "La Defense" office complex in Almere.

The striking office complex was designed by architect UN Studio.

The complex, built in 2003, consists of five buildings, three of which were part of this technical due diligence. Buildings C, D and E have a combined gross floor area of approximately 11,982 m² and a lettable floor area of 11,890 m².

The La Defense office building is located in a residential area, close to the NS railway station Almere Centraal and a nearby shopping area. The parking garage consists of two layers (BG and -1) with a total of 421 parking spaces.
