New Work Theater

Amstelius conducted technical due diligence on behalf of the buyer during the 2015 purchase transaction.

Following the purchase, amstelius supervised the project management for the transformation of the old 'Werkteater' into the NewWerktheater in 2016 on behalf of the building owner/developer MILLTEN, as part of property management.

The complex consists of office, studio and catering facilities and has a leasable area of approximately 1,990 m². It is fully leased to tenant State and restaurant Coulisse.

After the transformation of the complex, Amstelius performed property management through 2021.
