Merger | Green Building Engineering X Amstelius
Amstelius B.V. acquired the remaining shares of Green Building Engineering B.V. from co-founder Ronald van Luijk on July 1, as part of a restructuring of the organization. Ronald van Luijk became co-director of Amstelius B.V. on July 1.
The collaboration between Amstelius and Green Building Engineering has become increasingly intense in recent years on a variety of projects of sustainability, due diligence, installation engineering, technical asset management and project/development management. This made us decide to join forces for further growth, professionalization and future-proofing of our organization.
