Guus-Jan Groot

Guus-Jan is a partner at AMSTELIUS Green Building Group. He gained his years of experience as co-owner at the family contractor company Van Omme & De Groot. In 1991 he left the family business and continued as an independent real estate consultant.

He has carried out technical consulting and management assignments for a variety of developers, investors and building owners. He has also been involved in large and challenging new construction as well as redevelopment projects for a variety of non-residential and residential projects throughout the Netherlands as project manager.

His Rotterdam roots come in handy; "No words but deeds!"
