Westergasfabriek, Amsterdam | Technical Due Diligence
MeyerBergman Erfgoed Groep transferred ownership of the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam to Millten, Harvest Vastgoed and Duncan Stutterheim.
Amstelius hereby acted as technical advisor to the buying party. The agreement concerns the purchase of all buildings on the site and acquisition of half of the shares in the operating company. In total it concerns 17 monumental buildings with an area of 20,000 m2, including the hotel with 89 rooms under construction. Of the entire project, more than 70% is occupied by permanent tenants (approximately 14,500 m2) and just under 30% is available for temporary leasing (approximately 5,600 m2).
