Review building plans
We assess and check the design and quality of a building plan integrally on the following components: construction, installation and sustainability. This within the principles (including program of requirements, technical frameworks including technical description (TO), specifications), budget, planning and legal requirements that apply to a project.
This can be a design proposal for an existing building or a new construction plan (development project) that is still in the design phase. In the preliminary design (VO) and final design (DO) phases we also assess the design against the calculations and drawings of the structural engineer as well as advice on fire safety, building physics, environment, etc.
We also take into account, among other things, feasibility based on preconditions (including ownership situation, zoning, urban planning requirements, laws/regulations such as Building Code, environmental regulations, health and safety regulations), aesthetics, functionality, flexibility, ease of use, risk management and value creation.
Technical Inspection
In addition, our consultants also help with expert advice on trouble shooting, technical or construction defects, damage cases, second opinions to arrive at sound solutions.
